A RAM HEAD VASE

This design is a fusion between the horn of plenty or the Cornucopia and the Rhyton a cup from which the gods imbibed their drinks and usually had a ram's head at its base. This exquisite vase is fixed on a marble base that is inset on a wood pedestal; the wooden base is covered with a foliate pattern in silver. This would serve as a standalone piece of art or could be used for a dry arrangement of flowers.

This is a hallmarked 92.5% purity silver vase made in India.
