Sukhavati Lokeshvara is depicted here with his four heads, and four arms holding a bow and arrow, a diamond sceptre or vajra, a rosary (string of beads) and a discus. His consort sits with her back to the viewer. The donor family can be seen in the lower panel with an array of ritual objects placed around a central figure of a standing Ganesha. The inscription on the paubha notes that it was commissioned by a family from Kila- Bahala in Manjusri Tole, residing in the Kathmandu valley. Five buddhas are perched at the topmost panel, blessing the paubha.
