This was a significant year, as the museum's centennial year and Raza's birth centenary occurred simultaneously. 'Zamin', Raza's groundbreaking 1971 work, serves as the inspiration for the exhibition's title. The exhibition investigated the artist's landscapes by examining the concepts of place, territory, borders, and belonging.
