Having found her calling quite early in life, she started using her canvas as a medium of expression. She experiments with a variety of surfaces, materials and styles to dynamically portray her own understanding and thoughts about the world around her hence making it difficult to bracket her art. With an array of media like sand, pulp, Fevicol and many more, her work reflects a constant effort to increase her visual vocabulary. Whatever the chosen medium, she conveys a command over use of space, form and color. The gravity of emotions that go into creating her paintings is a direct manifestation of her deep sensitivity towards her subjects. Her work is her camouflage. To her, "The Creation Of Fine Arts Has Always Reflected Culture As Well As Environment In Which Human Being Has Lived" which is why the main subject in her paintings is always found to have an emotional synergy with the rest of it.
