Pune-based painter and sculptor Devidas Dharmadhikari is most noted for his dynamic large-scale compositions featuring horses. Through his true-to-life depictions of running horses, Dharmadhikari captures the beauty, power and strength of the animal. His work is recognised for incorporating a unique compositional technique that replicates layering with the use of acrylic paint alone.
The artist lives and works in Pune, Maharashtra.
