Bhuvanesh Gowda is a contemporary artist who is recognised for his abstract sculptures made from salvaged or reclaimed wood. Born in 1976, Gowda studied art at Jamia Millia Islamia in New Delhi and the Chamarajendra Academy of Visual Arts in Mysore.
