Arshi Ahmadzai Irshad is a contemporary artist whose work is inspired by the experiences of women from South Asian communities. Born in Najibabad, Uttar Pradesh, Irshad studied art at the Aligarh Muslim University before pursuing her postgraduate degree from Jamia Millia Islamia in New Delhi.
