Anuradha Thakur is a contemporary artist known for her brightly-coloured compositions depicting indigenous communities. Born in 1960 in Maharashtra, Thakur worked as a social worker for over 20 years before pursuing a career in the arts. She received her training in art from the Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya in Pune.
