Engraved allegorical title incorporating the dedication leaf to the directors of the East India Company, 6 lithograph list of subscribers in India and England, with large mezzotint vignette by J Bromley after T Stothard, 24 hand-coloured lithographed plates (first series G Hunt after Moore, second series by H Pyall after Thornton and Marryat)
Dark half brown Morocco, over marbled boards, gilt and green title label to upper board, marbled endpapers and one edge gilt.
