Masterpieces from the Collection of the Fabergé Museum

The Fabergé Museum in St. Petersburg is home to the world’s largest collection of items by the House of Fabergé. Notable for their superior quality, these include the iconic “objects of fantasy,” as well as jewellery, accessories, silverware, and religious icons. Chief among these are the highly valuable and prized Fabergé eggs, nine of which were commissioned by Russia’s last two emperors, Alexander III and Nicholas II. Mikhail Ovchinnikov highlights the Imperial Easter Eggs from the Museum’s collection, and their dramatic history from creation and to present day.
