I have had an inherent fascination for trees since I was a child. I grew up in a house that was near a temple in the village behind which was a green belt. Living in Delhi, one uses funny words for a forest. Either way, it gave me the opportunity to witness the vigour and vitality of trees.

I was drawn to trees since the beginning and it was like nothing else had that kind of attraction in it. I
