  • This is a vintage candelabra with four arms and can hold 5 candles. It bears the makers mark 'H.S', of Henry Stratford from Sheffield, England. The circular base is flat and has four clawed feet, the column is a thin flute design, and the nozzle is firmly fixed. The arms are in foliate patterns and linked together by a delicate chain. Derived from the Latin word candelabrum meaning candlestick Tabletop or Centerpiece candelabras became popular in the Georgian and Victorian periods.
